Security - MFA Setup

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for safely and securely accessing Trinity Health resources.

How MFA Works:

Once you enroll in MFA, you will receive a mobile app notification to approve each sign-in request. This process ensures no one else can access your account.

New MFA Users:

  • If it has been more than 30 days since you received your account information, please call the Trinity Health Service Desk (1-888-667-3003) to request for the MFA registration window to be reopened. You will likely need to wait 2 hours after the Service Desk submits the ticket. After this, you will be able to set up MFA using the steps below.
